Founded in 2006, Priority Management Group (PMG) serves as the management company of 37 skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and 4 assisted living facilities (ALF), with these 4 ALFs being on the same campus as the SNF. 20 SNFs and 2 ALFs are located in Texas and 17 SNFs and 2 ALFs are located in Louisiana. PMG provides management and consulting services in the areas of accounting, billing, legal, quality control, compliance, etc. to each of its affiliated entities.
The ownership team and PMG CEO, Rick Forscutt, have shared experience of more than 80 years in the long-term care industry. All four members of our ownership and executive team started as Administrators in skilled nursing facilities. Doug Boulware and Bill Bauder are board members of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association and Steven Boulware is a board member of the Texas Health Care Association.
Priority Management Group entered the Texas market in December of 2016 with the acquisition of four properties. Since 2016 the companywide acquisition growth has been the following: 2017 – 3 SNFs in Texas and 1 SNF in LA, 2019 – 8 SNFs in Louisiana and 1 ALF in Louisiana, 2021 – 2 SNFs in Texas and 3 SNFs in Louisiana, 2023 – 2 SNFs in Texas, and 2024 – 9 SNFs in Texas and 1 ALF in Texas. Many of our acquisitions have undergone major remodels. Priority Management Group chooses to invest in our facilities in order to enhance the quality of life for our patients and to improve the morale of our staff.
