Founded in 2006, Priority Management Group (PMG) serves as a management company and provides consulting and advisory services to its affiliated facilities, which are currently located in both Texas and Louisiana. Each affiliated facility operates independently under its own leadership team and employees, which is consistent with a field-driven organizational structure.
The ownership team and PMG CEO, Rick Forscutt, have shared experience of more than 80 years in the long-term care industry. All four members of our ownership and executive team started as Administrators in skilled nursing facilities. Doug Boulware and Bill Bauder are board members of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association and Steven Boulware is a board member of the Texas Health Care Association.
PMG’s independently operated affiliated facilities provide a wide range of services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as other post-acute care services. PMG’s affiliated entities are currently located across a large footprint in both Texas and Louisiana, with growth continuing. Each affiliated entity is led by a field-based leadership team that is rigorously focused on designing and implementing best-practice solutions to elevate the patient experience as well as the quality of care.
