Doug Boulware has 30 years of experience overseeing the management of 27 long term care facilities in Louisiana.  Mr. Boulware formed Priority Management in 2006, opening offices in Bossier City and Baton Rouge. The company currently provides management oversight, accounting, and billing services to homes in Texas and Louisiana.

Mr. Bauder has over 25 years of experience overseeing the management and operation of long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and independent living facilities in both Louisiana and Texas. Mr. Bauder has been a member of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrators Board (NAB), and has served on the NFA exam committee since 2000. Mr. Bauder currently serves as a board member for the Louisiana Nursing Home Association (LNHA), and as a board member for the Texas Coalition of Independent Nursing Home Providers.

Steven Boulware, a licensed nursing facility administrator, has experience operating facilities as an administrator, a regional supervisor, and now as a managing partner.

As an Administrator, Steven has been involved in the purchasing, operational turnaround, and long-term management of newly acquired nursing facilities. As managing partner, he oversees the day to day management of Priority Management’s nursing facilities, and he has helped fortify the structure of the management company by building in new technologies and efficiencies. Steven enjoys the operational aspect of the industry and being able to help move the company forward, but what makes him passionate about the industry is when he is able to interact with residents, family members, and facility employees.

Steven Boulware is a Texas Health Care Association board member, is on the Agency Liaison Committee for Louisiana Nursing Home Association, and was selected for the Texas Health Care Association Future Leader’s program in 2016.
