Brownlee, a seasoned healthcare professional, has been part of the Priority Management team for nearly two decades. After serving as Director of Nursing at another Priority Management facility for ten years, she sought to take on a new challenge. Brownlee became licensed as an Administrator in 2016 and was subsequently tapped to be the head administrator at Booker T. Washington where she has served for the last eight years.
Known for her passion and unwavering commitment to resident care, Brownlee inspires her team to provide compassionate and loving care in a homelike environment. Her leadership has contributed to the facility’s long-standing reputation for excellence, ensuring that residents and the community continue to benefit from the quality care provided by Booker T. Her impressive track record of survey excellence is a testament to her dedication to her work. As both Director of Nursing and as Administrator, Brownlee has led her teams to achieve three consecutive deficiency-free surveys, with the most recent in 2022.
