Dear Family Member,
Priority Management would like to take this opportunity to update you from our last memo. As our country has learned more about COVID-19, the efforts to eliminate the spread of this disease has moved to another level. The Care Teams are working to keep our Residents safe, and we appreciate your cooperation on our restricted visitor policy. Now that the measures have been put in place to restrict outside persons from entering our facilities, we are also being advised to limit group settings inside our facilities. Starting immediately these practices are being put into place until further notice:
1. Discontinuation of group activities in the facility.
2. Discontinuation of meals in the Main Dining areas. Meals will be delivered to each Resident’s room.
3. Therapy will continue, however, we will be minimizing group therapy and implementing controlled times in our gyms.
All these efforts are in the spirit of partnership with you to protect our Residents. Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and we thank you for the opportunity to care for your loved one. God Bless!
